Our wine list focuses on terroir-driven wines that work accentuate and elevate the explosion of flavors coming from Chef Esteban. Believing that everyone can have an amazing experience with a bottle of wine under $60, we seek gems that offer something out-of-the-ordinary, while still keeping familiar producers of well-crafted wines represented on our list.
As our food evolves so does our wine list. “We spend a lot of time every week tasting and selecting wines for our list,” says Wine Director Mackenzie Gillam. “It’s always a work in progress. Once we print the list, it’s time to start tasting again.”
