Our wine list focuses on terroir-driven wines that we believe are well-balanced and that can transport our guests to faraway vineyards through the glass. Believing that everyone can have an amazing experience with a bottle of wine under $60, we seek gems that offer something out-of-the-ordinary, while still keeping familiar producers of well-crafted wines represented on our list. We offer wines that we, as professionals, believe in and want to introduce to our guests.
As our food evolves so does our wine list. “We spend a lot of time every week tasting and selecting wines for our list,” says Sommelier Alex Agotsch. “It’s always a work in progress. Once we print the list, it’s time to start adding to it again.”
